Adds server-side room availability guards for bookings and active contracts. Booking create/edit now rejects overlapping non-cancelled, non-archived bookings for the same room. Active contract edits and draft-to-active transitions now reject overlapping active assignments for private offices and coworking desks, scoped to the active organization and non-archived records. Also refreshes Wrangler-generated worker types so pnpm check passes.
