Adds an operational dashboard surface for the primary /dashboard route.

Summary:

  • Adds organization-scoped dashboard metrics for clients, active contracts, bookings, overdue invoices, monthly billing, and room occupancy.
  • Builds compact shadcn-svelte dashboard cards, inventory summary, billing trend, and recent/upcoming lists.
  • Regenerates Worker configuration types so pnpm check passes with the current Wrangler config.
